Beautiful mid-Summer day today! It was a nice break from the severe storms and the extreme heat.

It is one of my favorite things in life! It is right up there with the weather for me!

CTP has removed any chance of rain for today.

The rain yesterday evening was very impressive here in Marysville with some thunder & lightning. On that map, it looks like just a few miles to my northwest got absolutely crushed with intense rain.

I like seeing highs in the 80’s most days this week instead of 90’s!

The radar looks super busy. We should all cash in today.

I really do not like most of the Philly talk show hosts. Many just try to stir up controversy. I am one of the rare positive Philly sports fans.

I was brain washed as an all Philly fan by my Dad at a young age! Lots of pain and suffering with many terrible teams…but it makes the occasional good season and the few Championships that much better!

CTP seems to be very confident in the shower & storm chances for the Harrisburg area tomorrow. Saturday A chance of showers before 11am, then a chance of showers and thunderstorms between 11am and 2pm, then showers and possibly a thunderstorm after 2pm. Some of the storms could produce heavy rainfall. High near 90. Calm wind becoming south 5 to 7 mph in the afternoon. Chance of precipitation is 80%. New rainfall amounts between a half and three quarters of an inch possible. Saturday Night Showers and thunderstorms before 11pm, then showers likely and possibly a thunderstorm between 11pm and 2am, then a chance of showers and thunderstorms after 2am. Some of the storms could produce heavy rainfall. Low around 70. Southwest wind 3 to 6 mph. Chance of precipitation is 80%. New rainfall amounts between a quarter and half of an inch possible.

It looks like Pillow got some good rain tonight with this latest storm.

At least the average highs are at their peak starting this week. Then it’s all down hill for the average temperatures!
