  1. The urban and exposed areas have melted off completely in spots but the wooded areas and residential areas still have pretty solid cover
  2. Grass starting to show along fence lines, corners, under trees etc., Still fairly solid cover but shrinking.
  3. Some of the Latest data looks pretty fugly for NCCT ,NWCT, WMA. She may be slipping away. Hopefully a reversal in the SE trends at 12Z.
  4. Extended Rgem looked decent as well. It's a wait and see but based on current guidance 2-3 inches for many with the potential for 4+ in some areas depending on shifts and wobbles and where the banding sets up seems reasonable. Hopefully the whole corridor of snow doesn't get shunted too far east and south.
  5. Some of the deeper pits are wedged in. IJD 31 and ZR. 33 here now so no issues.
  6. Nice try, lol. It's a bit NW of here verbatim but I do get leary with these type of setups with concerns about dry air and downsloping winds.
  7. Hilltown temps are creeping up first with the WAA. Will be delayed here but not denied. 25.9 currently. Been a nice week of solid deep December pack in these parts with nearly 18 inches of snow. Looking back at some pics from earlier in the week. Certainly can't complain, especially for this area.
  8. Like others have alluded to, it's worth watching but you can really have the rug pulled out from underneath if you jump on board with these type of precarious set ups to quickly. CMC was a step back from the roid run at 12Z and more in line with other guidance.
  9. GFS looking better on the Wed follow-up wave/anafraud.
  10. 17.75 a few miles north of Sugarloaf also in Enfield.
  11. Just did a few more measurements and we'll go with 17.75 storm total. Congratulations codfish on the 20 spot!!
  12. I feel like I'm watching a lake effect snow band as this thing oscillates back and forth. Hrrr is slighty west with the band on the latest run and it looks like we are back down to steady light snow with more on radar filling in to the east.
  13. Ripping and gusty. Definitely in the right spot here for round 2.
  14. Lightened up some but still steady and accumulating.
  15. Dumping pretty good and windy. Kids outside sledding off the snow banks and the neighborhood looking festive with Holiday decor. Good times with some type of snow falling, whether light, heavy, or mixed with sleet or just flurries for a decent portion of the past 27 hours.
  16. Looking at radar you can see the returns slowly sagging south near the Mass Pike and filling in to the east. There should be some periods of snow tonight. I don't see alot of evidence pointing to us getting shut out from here.
  17. 4" here so far from round 1 as the precipitation lightens. Never really changed over completely here yet, still mixed with more snow than sleet. Temp is up to 29.
