Actually if I could order what I would want…I’d like 40 or so for a high on T Giving, but we already have it warm for the holiday in 3 weeks… so I’ll gladly sacrifice that for a colder second half of December when we will be much closer to our wheelhouse for winter weather….maybe that’s the better way to put it. No convincing, just bartering for something better later lol.

And ya know what…that’s just fine. No need for frigid cold in November anyway. Let the second half of December cool down. That’s six weeks away…it can be mild all it wants for now.

Agree Don. I would be checking out too for long periods if that were to happen. But I’m cautiously optimistic for this season…sure there will be some not so good periods(there’s always those), but overall thinking it will be vastly improved over last years disaster.

This is below seasonably cool..but that’s not the logic Brett. You have one speed….and that’s all Down all the time. What makes you think it’s gonna be like last year? Persistence Forecasting? Law of averages, last year was the worst, I feel there are wholesale changes from last year already in the scene …so it will be different than last year, better. Will we mild up, here and there, sure. But it’s not last year all over again. Take it to the bank.

Well it certainly feels like November 1st that’s for sure…upper 30’s, grey and light rain..raw as raw can be. Congratulations to those seeing the first flakes. A few pellets may be mixed in with the rain drops, heard a few pings on the umbrella as I was doing walker duty a few minutes ago lol…

7 mph under the speed of sound…? Almost 200 mph faster than it would normally fly, sounds almost a little exaggerated? And how does the distance go down by almost half?

When you say AN…you mean above normal as in temp? Or as in snowfall?

Thanks for the explanation. I erased my post, cuz I kind of understood it in my mind after as….if it’s a negative departure, the temp should have actually read less(thus negative). Maybe that’s still wrong, but that way it made more sense. Lol. Thank you though. -
Flip a coin at this point…and you may be right with regards to December…4 weeks off at the minimum, so it’s anybody’s guess at this point.
