  1. Lol…you ain’t kidding, just took the humidity out of my place by switching on the central air for a brief period. It was sticky and clammy in the house.
  2. So what is it when we broke a record in 94 for snowfall in a season, and then did it again in 96..that’s CC too? Then there was 2015. Oh and in the 70’s it was a said a new ice age may be starting…?? The record keeping(dataset) is too short imo..150 years or so worth of valid records vs 10’s of thousands of years of climate…ya call me a lil skeptical. 50 yrs from now it’ll be some other new theory. Personally I like the extremes like this. It’ll all balance out in the end anyway.
  3. Really? Lol. So on Nov 2, 1950, when Concord NH hit 80, was that CC too... 72 years ago? Give it a break. Who cares what it is… it’s beautiful out.
  4. January of ‘19(Martin Luther king weekend) we had a lot of ice too in SNE. So Its not just Nov and Dec always…although those months are common, but not always.
  5. Wow…that’s something. It was clear as a bell here from the start. 72 currently.
  6. 71 so far…up 32 degrees here from this morning.
  7. Just your run of the mill 23-39” of snow…lol. Would love to experience that.
  8. 39 when I drove in to work at 8:00 am, 60 now at 11:10. Up 21 degrees so far. Edit: now up to 67 and rising..up 28 degrees now.
  9. Let’s hope for sure that’s the case…
  10. Oh for sure, thanks my friend. I’m usually not overly eager to sit outside, unless it’s perfect(not too hot or too cool), but these late season warm days are gorgeous, because you can sit in the sun and not cook while relaxing at an establishment. Thinking perhaps Restaurant Luce’ in Hamden…very nice place with a nice outdoor patio..and great grub and drinks.
  11. Yup, gonna grab some early dinner with the woman at a nice place, and sit outside in the warmth with a couple adult beverages…and savor the afternoon…in early November it’s truly a bonus. But change is a coming for sure.
  12. Nice! Nah…you good this year Bro. My buddies and I just booked a house/cabin for essentially the winter, in northern Maine where we ride our sleds, (December 26-March 10). So we’re hoping for a good start too, so we can get our gear up there and get a good trip in right after Xmas.
  13. Well Not according to the Pope…just throw darts , it’s not happening.
  14. I don’t get you guys(Pope and 1717)? Nobody here is saying anything massive or imminent, just that things look to shift to a more seasonable late fall, early winter like regime after mid month. The signs are being shown on the modeling…. ensembles and Ops runs from multiple suites. I mean isn’t that what we do here? There’s nothing wishful/wishcasting about what we’re saying or discussing. This warm weather is really nice…but it’s gonna change and what’s wrong with saying as much?
  15. The Pope is all over the place as always…maybe the Pope is on the Pipe?
  16. lol..take one out of there, and put one/leave one in a concrete jungle, or one right on the water…that records too warm/too warm at night, that’s how they roll.
  17. Yup that system(SWFE) was awesome here too. And T. Day was brutal that year…what a nice vibe though.
  18. Steady as she goes…we doing ok and have some gorgeous weather to enjoy and start November.
  19. If you believe that, then Darn, that sucks for you guys down there, Hopefully 23-24 will be better for you.
  20. Exactly my point. But Definitely mid 70’s for sure.
  21. Right. I was so Tempted to post this…but chose to just say that mid 70’s will suffice.
  22. Or if the elevated spots finally freeze too.
