You’d think at some point…something has to break in the more positive direction..no? I mean if it’s not this next one…the ones after may? If nothing else, At some point the law of averages catches up with everything….this is no different.

Let’s hope it’s not that extreme…that was a shutout with 3-4 blizzards to our south. Please, anything but that. If we get boned, I at least want to be in the game, not sitting on the sidelines.

What happened to all the weird lows forming and energy hanging back, and all the weird evolutions yesterday on the GFS? Models can’t seem to hang on to any one solution for more than one run it seems…???

2009 -2010…??? It was a dumpster fire Pickles…mid Atlantic killed it in 09-10!! Everything was suppressed…Snowmaggeddon for the mid Atlantic! Nothing up here! God what a horror show!

93-94 was a record breaker blockbuster winter for CT. Then a ratter(94-95), but then 95-96 broke the 93-94 record!! Hard to believe, but it happened.

Ok Tom..crusty two inches, or patchy ice…splitting hairs. I have the good years documented and the ones where it was bad too. Cant sled or ski on an inch or two of crust I guess is my point. But it’s all good. Rode in 21…was lean though..but then they picked up 4-6”’ a day or two later and it made things much better.

It’ll start coming and staying now…a little more patience for us Jeff.. and then we’re golden. Last year I didn’t get up there until 1/25…was a slow start too.

It’s kind of like the whole 1” before 7 am on Xmas morning thing… I mean if you have a crusty half inch to an inch, or maybe a tad more with bare ground and frozen dirt and grass all over, is it a whole lot different than zero?? It’s Splitting hairs. It sucks either way. But they’ll get back on track soon…we just wait to ride a little longer.
