  1. congrats on the 2-3. If i end up doing a map for this one itll likey be C-1 across the state and given the models last 24 hrs leading up to this event, that's a win. If you have totals pm or tag me for this one.
  2. 0.5" last night puts me at 7.0" for the season. yay. garbage winter.
  3. It's a shame it wasn't a little closer like most said could have been a plowable 3-6 but ill take the 0.5 as a W.
  4. As i said starting as rain and then wasted white rain on the cape/islands. @USCAPEWEATHERAF didn't want to hear it though, can't say i told you so but...i told you so. 0.5" total 1WNW North Haven, CT A good chunck of the state looks like C-1, nothing more really
  5. it's weird how words don't control or influence the weather.
  6. We don't have any posters from Marthas Vineyard or Nantucket do we? I've never seen anyone pop their head out from there but maybe some lurkers?
  7. Well that was painful again. Hopefully the cap and the islands can pick up a quick 2-4" they diserve it this winter.
  8. We need some help 6z and 12z but this is not looking good for more than a coating to inch for most of CT. 2-4 still in the cards but its gonna take a solid bump NW the next couple runs.
  9. GEM is a tick NW but still not going to do it for most. Par for the 00z suite.
  10. And i was referring to ACK, clown GFS maps have costal elbow in the 2-3 range. And btw NWS has the official fx for ACK Rain then Snow.
  11. Oh i def think it will be mostly snow but i still think some will be wasted with rain, then melting snow in the mid to low 30s. Those clown maps are too high imo.
  12. no way ACK is getting 6-12 or james 4-6 even verbatim on the GFS, BL too warm with rain and white rain. But yeah clown maps have 6-10 over ACK.
  13. RGEM looks like a slight tick NW but still a whiff for all of CT. We're gonna need some serious ICU support at 6Z and 12Z, though Kevin says warnings will be up for most of the region by morning so I'm not worried.
  14. what is the next model after NAM? GEM/RGEM? when exactly do those start rolling out?
  15. it cut back but still a good run/track. 2-4 is now focused SE you're about 2"
  16. You know its a rough storm when the RPM, ARWs, SREFS get mentioned more than the more reliable models
  17. Well 00Z NAM is still a complete whiff for almost all of CT save the extreme SE corner. An improvement but we need much more, another solid tick NW at 6Z and 12Z needs to happen, time is running out.
  18. I'd be willing to bet actual real money that, that will not happen.
  19. Weenie him up^ lol RPM coming in now, looks healthier so far
  20. i dont know how many members there are but the ARW on TT is dry as a bone misses way SE and barely scrapes the islands with some flurries. The ARW2 is wet on the other hand, on that site.
  21. It was before my time on here, or at least right when i started posting in late 14. I believe he changed his SN to clinch leatherwood. Never got the chance to meet or talk to him.
