  14. I am a short distance from you, and I didn't see hail. Weird, huh? Anyway, not a lot of thunder with the first storm, but more later. So glad we are getting rainfall. Now up to about 4.50" this month. My brother in Findlay ended up with small hail, barely missing the large hail.
  15. The convection-allowing models show some huge storms with high shear in IL/IN/OH. There seems to be a window of a few hours tomorrow before the cold air catches up with the whole thing. The model soundings have some indicators of higher CAPE with elevated convection going later into the night.
  16. It used to be that the Canadian global model had a lot of tropical cyclone candidates, sub-1000mb lows, during the warm season. I feel like they have changed a major component of that.
  17. I really didn't know these severe days had this many reports. You might say that this is a lot of tornadoes on 3/15. A lot of (perhaps, brief,) QLCS tornadoes were added to the storm reports in the last couple of days
  18. At my place, we easily had 3 ft of snow next to the driveway in 2021
