Exactly why we in the area are a little uh...on tilt at even the possibility of another northern fringe. It's just been a bit of bad luck with banding (like that time a WAA thump in 2021 snowed west and east of me), and for once ya just want it to work out.

Honestly? I think it's more so therapy for perspective. We spend so much time focusing on snow particularly when a storm is imminent. All that mental energy spent on it can create a false appearance in the mind of a storm total being a bigger deal than it actually is. At least...that's what I observe in my own psychology.

Yeah it is a little north but even there...that's just a WWA with just 3-4 on that run...gonna have to be several ticks north to get it to where the other models have it...
