  1. Would be happy for you all if it finally happens! Dude has been what's holding the team back in my outside opinion.
  2. Go Rams! (sorry @North Balti Zen But it's only because I think your team can get back here and the Rams have more to lose!)
  3. Indeed...temp started dropping quicker too! 37 and snow here (thought I heard a ping but that could've just been soap bubbles in my ears...)
  4. Glad I'm not the only one that likes doing that, lol Turning the lights off and seeing the beautiful reflection of the street lights off a covering of snow...peaceful indeed
  5. Praying for your healing, friend! (So glad you're vaxed). Get well soon!
  6. Indeed. I hate this winter. One of the worst of all time Dude...perspective: winter 19-20 would like to have a word. Not saying this winter hasn't been incredibly frustrating, but at least at a minimum it FELT like winter. Yes that's a bit of a low bar, but when you say WORST...worst to me is a raging AO and 50 degrees all winter. BUT, at the same time, I can understand your frustration...it has not been boring but the ROI this winter is almost in the red save the first week of January. So I guess it depends on how ya look at it!
  7. Although....1/3 was also warm beforehand. I think it just depends on the storm.
  8. I feel all of this, lol Been tough sledding (or lack therof)...gotta turn around eventually!
  9. Yeah it kinda is...but I've seen this happen in previous seasons where we couldn't get something tucked in all winter, yet in late Feb/March we'd get something but it would be too warm...Could just be random I guess, but I was curious whether shorter wavelengths don't behave the same way.
  10. I'd like to know why we get this kind of track now when we couldn't earlier this winter when we had more cold...lol Is it something with shorter wavelengths making the tendencies of that particular season less? Shorter wavelengths?
  11. Yeah I think it got stuck...lol If it is indeed wrong that would take it from a winning g record to about .500...lol
  12. I was about to say...the only time wind is worth getting somewhat excited about is when it does things like this...lol While it was still a bit bittersweet because it came from a NE, Miller B-ish blizzard that just missed us, to have a pure wind event like that was pretty incredible (and somewhat anomalous, no?)
  13. While we're at it, could ya explain the whole cutter turning 50/50 low thing? I never have quite understood how that worked...(although I'm guessing a bunch of those lows to the north is one way it DOESN'T work...lol)
  14. Eh, PD weekend period not lookin' so good...Looks like the never-ending parade of NS vorts scour out any cold the big cutter leaves behind.
  15. Actually kinda surprised the snow-conservative Tasselmeyer tweeted the more robust model...maybe it's happening!
  16. And the fact that's newsworthy says how dry it's been, lol
  17. A positive northwest shift inside 48...thought that was a unicorn, lol
