I think we see more in the way of clippers developing near the cape or BOS then your typical miller B's, Those seem to be off the NJ shore or the delmarva, Clippers usually favor mainly DE ME unless it blows a hole in the atmosphere when it (wait for it) hits the gulfstream then it can get snow pretty far back to the NW of the low center.

If it got to that point, Then i think all bets would be off here too, But it takes quite a bit these days for me to lose my Sh it, Meanwhile, I'll be out ice fishing.

You and i would have been one of them years back, Its a learning process and one that you figure out in time to let the pattern process play out showing patience, If the light at the end of the tunnel was burned out, Then it would be one thing, But going forward, It looks to turn more favorable, Just a matter of getting some of these threats to work out in between, We have been rather unlucky here recently with some of these, But these could have gone in a good way as well and we would be having a different discussion right now.

I have not found the Para GFS so far to be that useful, Its seems to have a cold bias, And according to the systems i have seen on them, I would have a healthy snow pack right now instead of realistic brown grass.

That is a very high bar for expectations for anyone, If that's what is expected, Then be ready for a lot of disappointment, 20" plus storms just don't happen that often up here anyways but do see many in the 12"+ range which to me is more realistic to achieve.
