  1. But once the models settle on a rainstorm they usually don't budge. Luckily we haven't gotten to that point yet aside from the euro
  2. Every threat last year did the same thing. The cmc and gfs gave us about 10 feet of virtual snow
  3. But we've seen this time and time again where the cmc is last to come north and then the storm ends up in Pittsburgh. I think all solutions are still on the table
  4. I'd prefer to see it more suppressed. Low hugs the coast
  5. Lolol...We've been screwed even 3 days out
  6. Nam with some light showers/snow showers as the ball drops
  7. It's just something to watch at this point
  8. I don't remember the city expecting to flip to rain but I know west of Philly down through DC had a major bust with 4 to 8 forecast and only flurries. Also that back edge didn't advance much. The heavy stuff just pivoted around. It's crazy that the places that had over 2 feet did so in under 10 hours
  9. Dec 96 to Dec 99 was probably the worst stretch before the surprise Jan 2000 storm. I think March 99 we did ok. I lucked out and was in Chicago for the massive Jan 99 blizzard they had
  10. If we manage to drop below 20 it's going to feel like 0
  11. Suffolk County and eastern New England flipped to rain. The low was very tucked in but plenty cold for everyone else
  12. I guess I should've said is it behaving like one
  13. This is unprecedented. 89-93 averaged around 20"
  14. It's more like back to back 57 win seasons
  15. One of my favorite storms. 17" in 9 hours. Went to bed nervous because nothing was on radar as of like 1am. When I woke up it was practically a blizzard
  16. Didn't the interior cash in a few times last December?
  17. Euro would give us some crumbs on Thursday
  18. Didn't you just say the first half of January looks shot?
