  1. I saw them at the Maine Pier. Pretty Good!
  2. Good place to start. We can always lower the pressure as we get closer.
  3. As long as it's not moving in from the Persian Gulf. Real feel was 146 today. Maybe we can start a GoFundMe campaign and send Ditty
  4. Next week looks like a winner. Not too hot, not too cold, just right.
  5. Yeah that was issued back on the 16th.
  6. "Mid-level warm front crossing the region early this morning...but forcing/deep layer moisture is very limited. Therefore...generally dry weather prevails with nothing more than perhaps a brief spot shower." Wild
  7. 69/63 soaking it. Probably not many more.
  8. I hadn't but I was just going to mention now freaking hot it is in the Midwest huh?
  9. What's next? Folks suing Kevin when their LDW cookouts are ruined. Sure they'd have a slam dunk case but I'm not sure we want to go down that road.
  10. Somebody from New Hampshire died of triple e. First since 2014. "It was the first reported EEE infection in the state since 2014, when three people contracted the disease, two of whom died. This summer, EEE has also been detected in one horse and seven batches of mosquitoes, state officials said"
  11. If I recall correctly you wouldn't let your kids run drills with no water in 100° heat at soccer camp. How are they ever going to experience the joys of heat stroke if you keep coddling them?
  12. The superintendents first name isn't Kevin by chance?
  13. First game I ever went to was at the end of December, A meaningless game against the Vikings at the old Sullivan stadium. High school girlfriend's parents took us. They were mortified. I've been to a lot of sporting events but it was by far the worst fan behavior I've ever seen. It was like something out of a movie. Walked down to the concession area near the end of the game and it was an all-out brawl. Had to be 50 people fighting. Fighting with each other and fighting with cops. I think it was after that game they started shutting down the concessions early. Place was a dump...
  14. Smart, not many who still believe it's going to be high heat and dew points through October.
  15. No worries, looks like there may be a mild down come September.
  16. National weather service doesn't seem too impressed either. Shocked...
  17. How concerned do folks get over equine encephalitis? Always worries me a bit in big years considering the time I spend outdoors. Had a classmate in elementary school die of it. If it can take a third grader I wouldn't stand a chance. "How dangerous is EEE? The most serious complication associated with the disease is known as encephalitis, or inflammation and swelling of the brain, DPH says. There’s no treatment for EEE and about half of the people who contracted it in Massachusetts died from the infection, officials say. In 2019, 12 people were infected with EEE in Massachusetts and six died
  18. I live near the Sudbury reservoir and I've noticed it's a lot lower than I'm used to. Checked the stats for June, July, and August and we still had almost 10 in of rain. I think after last year everything feels like Stein.
