Tweaked my back about a month ago. Happens then and again in my line of work. Depending on the severity of the tweak can usually work my way through it in days or a weeks at most. Little different this time, lightning bolt down my leg a day or two after I tried working my way through it. Pain migrated to the outside of my lower leg. Sciatica. Been almost a month now and while it has improved greatly the pain late night / early morning can be substantial. Not a drug taker and have tried just about every exercise I can find on the internet. Searched for sciatica on the board and found that Ray, Hippy, and Ginxy have suffered through it at one time or another. Any tips or thoughts would be appreciated.

Works for me if you lower the temperature by 10°. How many paw paw trees do you have? What do you do with the fruit? Give it to friends.
