  1. Totally underrated heat in New Hampshire during the summer. I spent a long weekend one July camping at Moose Hillock. It was cooking. I think even the kids had had enough of jumping off the pirate ship . "Dad let's get the eff out of here it's hot!"
  2. None of the big three? BDL snuck in there at the end. I hate that place.
  3. Unfortunately I'll have to include that in New Hotshire.
  4. Any major sites hit 90 today? I'm guessing maybe Concord and other sites in New Hotshire.
  5. Anybody here any vacation updates from T-Blizz? I'm guessing he probably canceled again.
  6. Hear any gunfire yet up there in Lowell? Keep the doors locked.
  7. The weather has gone to the dogs John. They're just a few Mutts on here that like it.
  8. Middle of the country looks to torch. Glad I don't live there.
  9. At Worcester or Logan? I'm not seeing it. Yeah it looks hot up your way.
  10. Looks like the highs were 86/64 Worcester and 86/72 Boston. Definitely lower inland.
  11. 88/67 was the high today at Sterling National. Little warm for my liking but who's to complain.
  12. Most likely. There are a couple high fields near the woodyard before I get into the woods.
  13. It can kill you. The CDC told me about a woman in Maine who contracted it and didn't take the antibiotics. No longer with us.
  14. Only time in my life I've been delirious. Although I'm sure there are a couple of folks on here who would beg to differ. Temperature of 106. My blood counts were off the charts not in a good way.
  15. Glad you're on the mend. I've had lyme disease a couple times. Doxicillin does its work pretty quickly. True story. Last time I got bit the bullseye was wayyyy up my inner thigh. Textbook bullseye. Went into a large health stop and asked the doctor to write me a script for doxicillin . Doctor took one look and wrote me the script. As I was putting my pants back on she knocked on the door and asked If I could keep my pants down so she could show the rest of the office. After many "Good God!" "Would you look at the size of it!" I pulled my pants back up. If I wasn't used to it I probably would have been embarrassed
  16. They all seem to start on the cape. I was the first one in Eastern Massachusetts with anoplasmosis. CDC was calling me practically daily. Is there still a CDC or Is that gone too?
  17. Anybody on here developed or know anyone who has developed Alpha-gal syndrome from a tick bite in this area? I'm beginning to have my suspicions.
  18. Cicada killers are starting to dig their holes in my patio. Very interesting to watch. Amazing the size of insects that can pull down for their larva.
