  2. I don't know about that. Beginning of next week looks pretty warm.
  3. .90 overnight now up to 1.26 for the month with more coming this morning. I hate rain but it was needed. Also knocked the temperatures down to the '60s for the first time since I don't know when.

  5. At a friend's house in Walpole. Pretty sweet sunset.
  6. My daughter drove across country after she finished her undergrad. Kept close tabs. Sent me a picture gassing up with big towers in the background in New Mexico. Looked at the radar and told her to leave now. Next day read a story of campers getting washed away.

Finally, temperatures will fall quite a bit by Thursday and Friday with an easterly onshore flow developing. Ensemble guidance shows surface temperature anomalies falling to between 5 and 10 degrees below climatology Thursday afternoon

  11. My apologies tip I see where you've got the Northern Connecticut. It was from the advisory but that was for all of Massachusetts and Connecticut. It just so happened that that's where the screen print was cut off. Certainly wasn't devious on my part. I could have included all the other counties.
  12. Only problem Tip , I never mentioned Northern Connecticut before our discussion and your reply. In fact, I mentioned southborough and Southern New Hampshire which were hotter than most. Maybe you confused me with someone else. We good...
  13. Just our area. Indianapolis, Savannah, Atlanta all had heat indexes similar to ours with no heat advisory.
  14. I mentioned nothing about the actual temperatures. Posted no meso temperatures. What I did mention was the national weather service heat index warning. Which was for 96°. See below after the word what:
