    Real nice rates again here in Haymarket. Starting to beat the Feb sun angle on the roads again.

    7 am update - Temp down to 32F, moderate snow, roads are snow covered. .5 inches so far.

    Definitely all snow now, grass whitened up, and temp dropped back to down to 33F at 6:30 am.

    Beautiful night!! Nice, moderate snow falling, winds gusting up, and a nice 3 finger pour.

    Can finally give a moderate snow observation for the first time in close to 24 hours. Neighborhood roads are snow covered again.

    Sleet with an occasional flake mixed in. Very light. Maybe would see some snow if rates picked up, but that is not looking promising this far south.

    Just took a quick ride to the ABC store. 28F according to the vehicle thermometer. Roads are getting a little bit dicey in places with a light snow covering the side streets.

    Pixie dust actually starting to accumulate again, now that it is late enough in the afternoon that we don't have to deal with the late Jan/early Feb sun angle.
