the very best refreshers when you are in a deep winter pattern, and then followed 3 days later by a slow moving Miller A blocked up since that clipper became a 50-50 under a greenland block.  And followed by a Miller B as the 50-50 drifts ene and the blocken slackens off.

I'm sure the next event will nail your area and sleet the shit out of me.

Wait, you are complaining that you are alone? I haven't been alone in years.

    May I recommend...

    Drugs?

It was nice for a while, but it gets old after 3 months. And can probably do without drugs as a recovering alcoholic lol

    What does Wilmington have?

Nice little rate at the end here. Enough to go sledding, it's all I wanted, heading out now and the kid is bouncing off the walls.

I went from radar watching and sulking to a four year old saying "daddy, daddy, the snowflakes are landing in my mouth."

    Perspective, I guess?

You're right, let me forget about how I got porked for snowfall, grab the kids, go sledding and watch its wonderful life...oh wait, they are in Africa for another month.

I don't buy into the regression thing anyway.  Weather doesn't care about odds.

I do..I get what they mean, but its just maddening because I feel as though I have been drowning in a sea of regression for several years already, while regional prosperity continues unabated all around me. I get the idea, though.

You got close to a jack on 2/1/21 last year? Vs the 2" I had lol. But just saying...you're still able to pick up snow when it's shit near the coast or south of the pike. I'm sure you'll take me to the shed again this season.

Big picture last year....at least 10" below normal snowfall in a sea of positive SNE anonalies.....again.

8 dogs lol. Looks like 11 on my cam at home. I have my table measured up to the umbrella bottom and it's a foot.  Snow about an inch below

Glad the forecast worked out, bud. Enjoy it. I should have stuck with 6-12" instead of changing to 5-10", but I did explicitly mention some spots will approach a foot

You are another one...always end up in a deathband that prompts scooter to lecture me on the 80s and inflationary snowfall as if he were my dad

Well, Savoy at 2000' in the N Berks will only have 8" on the season after this so it's been a tough start.

Eh...one of Ginxys 11 dogs will shit on a chipmunk, and they'll be buried in no time. Harder to make up ground here

I can fully understand Ray’s frustration.  But Cory please!  People are getting royally screwed ITT and you’re whining about someone else jacking while you cruise to double digits?

    We're onto mid month.

    For Ray

    4.5”

It’s been so long since our last significant snow, my eyeballing is out of whack. Mashed potatoes density.

I wish you got in that megaband... probably the only spot in the region bent over more than I have past several years.

You should try Joe Ds place in OWD if you want a jack. LOL.

Ray you do get scraps from both NNE and SNE events.  I think you get frustrated a not having the jack.

Scraps....operative word. I have 6" on the season. Always well below average.

You should have a few more hours so maybe hit 5"?  I'm hoping to hit 3" here.

Our latitude was not our friend in this one.  RT 2 corridor and North has some catching up to do this winter.

I am out for a drive.  Roads are Gorgeous (also a definition for Horrible for the non-weather folk), as I gave up in my area.

but Ray is getting THE MOST Screwed??  3”??  I thought my 8.5” was Horrendous.

This is why I didn't bother getting up any earlier....I just knew it. I've become the regional New Yoork Jets of snowfall.

Latitude is never a friend here, it's just a matter of which assailant bends you over on the tool shed...north, or south. It has been north all season, now big daddy south taking a rip.
