Collegeville near Wegmans was hit by heavy rain and thunder

Yikes, this heat coming up is no joke. My Weather Channel forecast has it up to 102 on Thursday

Moved from my house and am temporarily in Collegeville. Very heavy rain and some wind and thunder but fortunately nothing worse here.

Tornado warned

Under a severe thunderstorm warning with tornado possible designation right now

Same here, wind was a bit wicked at first but quick and not a lot of rain where I am.

How bad is that line? Going to be hit with it soon it appears. Severe thunderstorm warning.

Even so, I have to get used to it. Feels pretty hot at first. I like to enjoy things about every season but summer still is my least favorite.

My ideal would be 3 good months of winter weather with the rest of the year 70-75 degrees and only as much rain as necessary.

I understand why they issued the watches - still think it was right. I’m glad because I don’t like severe weather. What exactly went wrong today though?
