It’s certainly been a pattern of have’s and have nots. Yesterday and last week delivered about an inch total for me but I know people not too far from me that are approaching 6” in that same span.

I have had less than an inch the past 10 days. Most of the rain has been to my NW

I am experiencing quite a bit of blossom drop in my pepper patch due to this heat. It's what they do in extreme heat. Gonna put a dent in my yield.  Plants are otherwise very healthy this year.  

We haven't had measurable rain in over a week.

We’ve been lucky two days in a row here. A little over a quarter inch yesterday and another half inch today with more training cells lining up. Certainly made for 2 pleasant evenings in the upper 70s.

We got missed again today. Earlier this summer, it seemed like we were the bullseye, now it's the complete opposite. When storms move from the NE to the SW, it's one of the driest setups for my area. Probably the driest.
