The older and more in shape we get the easier we get cold, and the more we want heat and dews in season

how much do you weigh now? I'm pretty much on the whole foods...no grains diet now and combined with the health stuff lately my weight is way down. I'm in the middle of lifting weights as i type this...gotta get some mass back on but i like being on the lean side.

Yeah you always need some bass, unlike our fellow refugee looking friend in Tolland.
