Historically speaking the analytics say that trading down is generally the smart move even without taking into account slotted salaries in the cap era. So I say unless you have a guy you absolutely love there and no other guys you consider on the same tier, you have to at least consider it.
I'm pretty surprised the radar stayed online. Was right in the dead center of the inflow notch as things tightened up and the couplet formed about 2 blocks east.
We have 7 or 8 ironwoods on the property and sprouts everywhere and they certainly burn magnificently. But we also have a slew of shagbark hickory and while they take longer to dry, they burn nearly just as well I think.
While I'd tend to agree, there is some debate on how much of the gains reflect a bubble vs super-secret inflation. The former, sure it pops. The latter seems here to stay a while. Maybe it's some of both.
