I hope we don’t have to worry about power outages across a large area. Not even from the storm but the storm plus the brutal cold air for days may tax power grids that already maybe damaged due to the storm.

Yes cause it’s so flat. It’s got to be way less qpf than last run too. Even more SW energy left behind. We need the right mix of not too much phase but can’t get it all mostly left back there either.
I feel like models over amp a lot of storms at this range and they slowly start to go the other way closer to the event sometimes. Let’s see if we start to turn back tomorrow. Also that recon data should help.
Icon doesn’t even make sense. Has the primary in eastern TN and has us mixing to Maryland line. CMC has the primary in Kentucky at same time and it’s still snowing in DC.
