    I know everyone misses #toenailtalk, so here’s an update. The part of the nail that was cut out is now growing back directly into the toe, so I have to go back to get it permantly removed

    Its a foot or nothing these days. I’m only 27 and those type of events certainly weren’t as common when I was a kid.

    Thanks, I actually work for the state of MA now and have insurance through them. The plan we were going to go with was each have our own. It’s cheaper if we each carry a “single” plan than if either one of use joins the others. So basically, she’ll need to start her own coverage and I’ll need to bump from a family plan to a single plan.

    Any insurance gurus or anyone with knowledge really? Im carrying my wife and I on my insurance. She is going to be starting a new gig where she will have her own insurance options, and they are good. Is her getting on her own plan a qualifying event for both her and I? Meaning, will I be able to go from family coverage to a single person coverage in the middle of the year?

    To be fair, we both had very strong reactions to both moderna shots. I took this as a positive though, since our body was responding to the shot as someone who already had covid.

    I’m glad you haven’t gotten it again, but I certainly don’t think that is a strong, science based position to not get the vaccine.

    Is there a compelling reason not to get vaccinated if you’ve had covid? My wife and I both had covid in Feb. We then got vaccinated in April. After talking to our doctors, we were told we absolutely should get the vaccine, so we did. Im just curious if there is any actual reason not to get it other than the belief natural immunity should be sufficient.
