Id say Epicosity for this storm is off the table. Doesn’t mean it won’t be awesome, but not historic

I would say that a major/historic storm is probably off the table now. Still can be great, especially further east.

Says the guy who’s hammered at 6pm on a Wednesday trying to sell people on the 18z rgem being better than 12z despite being presented directly with evidence of the contrary

I’m not sure I’d call a small improvement in the gefs that have looked atrocious for several runs a victory. I guess we are really stuffing that gunshot wound from 18z with as much quick clot gauze as possible

It’s about a 75 mile shift east… mega band that was over se Mass is now over the outer cape

This is also why tracking these threats for 2 weeks is ultimately a losing game. Its totally conceivable at this lead that models bail on the threat, and it’s really not even bad model performance
