  1. I always got excited seing the 12+ contours dissecting the Cape, with 6-12 up to about Boston. Always gave me confidence that the storm was cold and there was room for improvement without mixing in my area. But that's more of a 90's Millenial memory..lol. I can't quite remember too many storms specifically between 87-90.
  2. RGEM def mixes here for a couple hours. See this is what happens when I talk smack. Still a good hit nonetheless
  3. SE of BM is a Cape Cod benchmark track for good snows. Guess the rainy Cape calls by some aren't panning out..too bad
  4. The last 3-4 years were needed to level set weenie expectations..not sure 3-4 years will do it though. Gonna take harder times to beat those weenies down and reform them. Maybe like a full decades worth of ratters
  5. half of the models are wet here. but not expecting more than 2-3 with the colder models which seem to develop too late
  6. im not expecting any accumulation being on north side of cape. maybe some flakes.. 1-2 for the islands? radar looks like it's eroding as it hits the wall of dry air..as modeled
  7. euro was a slight shift south vs 6z but still 4+ for Cape. it's so close to whiffing though so hard to lock in
  8. hi-res Canadian with a brutal cutoff around the islands. that's also a good possibility
  9. GEM looks decent, unless its also suffering from the same qpf algorithm issue with dry air at the mid levels.
  10. I could see a band of heavy snow between Block Island to FMH and the Islands while I'm on the northern fringe with some light snow.
  11. rgem looks like it held serve..but it seems the nw ticks have stopped at 12z
  12. I feel like I'm on the edge of something good. ack is in better spot. 15-20 more miles needed
  13. rgem looks to get some snow here Monday, similar to gfs
