  1. This is awful. Mostly because it means Jortsuary
  2. Too early for that nonsense. After Turkey Day it's game on.
  3. A little late in the day for coffee, no?
  4. Love it. Keep it up until Turkalurk Dae
  5. At least our rain events will be progressive then
  6. The Great October Gale Bomb, will be written about 100 years from now
  7. Yeah besides that big tree down on 140 it was just a bunch of small stuff. Even less so in the 'burg
  8. What part in New England or NY got the most rain? Over 3" here.
  9. Route 140 was completely closed from Hager Park south.

  15. Big rains on cape cod are not really an issue nor that exciting. 1" of rain there versus 8" is the same deal, except for maybe some bigger puddles in urban areas that drain after an hour. Place is all sand and no rivers it just sinks in.

  17. Climate Change isn't our problem, it's the next generations. Let them figure it out. We had to figure out all the mistakes from our forefathers.....dumping chemicals and heavy metals in waterways, smog, CFCs, colonialism, the terrible treatment of Indians that we're still trying to correct. At some point the free market will dictate that alternative energy will take over.
  18. Exactly. I get it...its fall and this is the weather we can expect, but it's just frustrating when a few hundred miles to the south is tanning on bow riders while sipping white claws enjoying the last throes of summer.
  19. so you'd rather nasty dreary damp mornings like the one were having now??? Ya no.
