  4. I'll be in Atlantic Canada so will keep one eye open for this.
  5. A lot of these cells in W MA are weakening as they move north east.

  7. I was a kid in Falmouth (Buzzards Bay) for Belle and it was pretty disappointing.
  8. Ideal to me would be having the 40” spread across several 4-6” storms and one big dog.
  9. Somethings going on with some of the maples around here. Already seeing leaf color on 5 to 10%.
  10. No winds and only moderate rain but some tremendous thunder and lightning the past 10 minutes.
  11. Tolland now has a climate like the Big Island of Hawaii.
  12. In my experience they seem to cause a lot less damage than maples and oaks in severe events. White pines seem to snap halfway up when the big deciduous trees come down completely. I mean, I guess you could argue why would an insurance company insure anybody with any trees near their house or that live by the ocean or that live by a stream etc..?
  13. Not from the humidity, the heat has been pretty manageable.
  14. I cannot imagine the amount of petroleum, toxins and pollutants that have been transported and deposited via flooding in Vermont the past few years.

  18. 68° with steady under the radar sheet drizzle here.
  19. The area from Springfield up NE up to Dave and Ineedrain has been pretty wet this summer. Greenfield was on the dry side but those two severe days last week brought us to normal.
  20. The temperature anomalies into Quebec have been pretty impressive this summer
  21. The high heat isn’t until after the weekend.
  22. Ditty and Kitty, sitting in a tree, dreaming about months of humidity.
  23. Perfect weather in Falmouth today. People were swimming at old Silver Beach late into the evening.
