Wow, good for Diane. From us saying glad we don’t live there, to us now saying wish we were there.
See, dreams can come true!

Dry begets dry.
I am happy as can be. Our rain deficit is going to dent the tick cycle a bit.
Beautiful, dry, windy day here.

Thick clouds to my S, blue sky to my NW. How many times have I seen this in the winter? If it was snow I was waiting for I would be cursing hours of virga.

Still partly sunny here. Let’s get the WNE “fringe job” coastals out-of-the-way now.

Welp, Weekend freeze was not enough to get rid of the yellow jackets because they are out in force today. The question is how long do we wait until the next freeze?

A hook E as we get closer will be a nice warm-up for winter weenie disappointment. Personally hope it’s far enough E to avoid heavy rain W of the River.

Trough out in the Rockies. Looks mild in the east.
Still out there in LR time so could certainly change but I’ll take it if we can get some late October 60s.

Conus looks to warm out in the LR. Halloween trick or heat?

Wow, under .30 here.

I would rather not see the long weekend drowned while taking all the leaves off the tree’s just at peak foliage. We seem to do this dance often.

Thanks for the well wishes everyone. Hopefully we can salvage at least a dry ceremony... supposed to be held outdoors
A wet not is harder to untie!
Have a blast and once it all starts don’t worry about a thing, it will all be just fine.

Euro fail on precipitation here this week.

46/44 drizzle. Yay.
Hopefully one more torchy week late in the month and then we can step into winter mode. I'll hope for another dry stretch for fall clean-up.

Did anyone post this video today? Quickly went back and didn't see it. Looked like rotation to me, watch just before it comes over the house.
Great video, they stuck with it too. Kudos to them!
