  1. A little over 9” here. More than I expected. Good storm.
  2. You know, cuz' day after tomorrow type shit happens' sometimes.
  3. I don't love this new plug and play snow map, there are massive gaps and disparities.
  4. Congrats Ray~! You got screwed on a few storms this year so enjoy! Couple of trackers coming up too!
  5. Powder and arctic sand here. Radar still backbuilding as it curls in, so hopefully break 10" here.
  6. Wut? Gawd Damn! Congrats to all in NE MA away from the coast!
  7. Just curious, how do you sight your visibility at night? I have a power pole with a light on it almost exactly 1/4 mi from my house. So daytime I know when it is SN+ but at night if the light is becoming faint how do I call it? I'm not pressing for an answer just wondering what people do.
  8. Full weenie credit for driving in those conditions too chase the SN+.
  9. A rare storm where I outperformed you.
  10. Did about a mile walk, wild night. Good storm, 8.5" so far. Already hit my high expectations so gravy. Radar still looks decent. 26/24 SN
  11. Just to be clear, it pisses rain and pukes snow. Gotta ride the proper vernacular.
  12. Total snowfall yes, intensity no. I was only 10 for the 78 storm so not as dialed in. 2005 had multiple reports out of Cambridge and Somerville of 30" + 78 had bigger drifts though.
  13. I just assumed variation on the nutscape idea.
  14. I was wondering about that. It's so windy aloft that radar holes do not translate to exact location.
  15. Although I was in Cambridge for 78 and April 97 January 2005 might have been my all time favorite. 32"+ in Inman Sq. 5' drifts Cars were unidentifiable in the street.
  16. I'm not used to windy snow storms here. Really storming out. May need to suit up for another walk sans pooch. Radar looks like a few more hours of decent rates.
  17. Over 6” now with +SN occasionally flipping to arctic sand. Roads are in great shape. I guess Greenfield no longer plows during storms.
  18. Over 4" now. I'll measure while I walk doggo. Coming down good.
  19. Shocking, N ORH Co is going to be the jackpot in MA. edit: maybe not, impressive totals down towards @ineedsnow
