Sure and just as well, Autumn’s back is often broken by Nov 1st over the interior. I am not being sarcastic when I say the deepest part of winter is from November 1 until February 1 over interior SNE.
Steady light snow past few hours. Probably break 3” at the house. Just got back from snowshoeing at Northfield Mountain, Probably close to 3” new there.
As of this morning I am at 40" for the season which means I would need another 18-20" this season to get to average for my area. Going to need at least one more warning event to get there I would think.
It seems we have been discussing @Typhoon Tip 's fast flow meat grinder for several winters now. I dunno' maybe it just seems that way but I can't readily recall the last slow moving juggernaut storm we had that gave us all some love.
The Greenfield - Brattleboro - Keene triangle has been just ok. Missed the early season snows and then missed the goods S & E on a few more. I mean I'm probably above average but underwhelmed.
