  1. IMHO 57k is support and we start heading back up.
  2. You have to use a rake to clear gardens and against fences. My OCD neighbor has over an acre of lawn and gardens and does it all with a rake and tarp. I think it is like therapy for him. This dude goes around with a bucket picking up individual leaves and pine needles in the summer.
  3. But you still sculpt the snow blown piles with a shovel, correct? Or am I the only one that does that?
  4. I had a back back for years but I had to replace it this year. There were none available at any of my local stores so I ended up buying a gas powered handheld and I think I like it better.
  5. I'm taking the afternoon off to do the same. Gawdamn Norway Maples are still half loaded tho'
  6. Yeah, I think WNE has had a few more sunners than you Eastern folks.
  7. GFS and Canadian pretty much say hit the snooze button until at least end of month. I don't know why I even look at models, when I can tell the tenor of the latest run, by how infrequently Anthony posts.
  8. Definitely more sun than usual, I think.
  9. Beginning of next week is looking more tame, models backing off on screaming Sou'Easter.
  10. Lol, media already trying to hype next week’s system. SMH https://www.cnn.com/2021/11/16/weather/thanksgiving-travel-weather-forecast-storm/index.html
  11. I think most of us are going to need to wait until the following week for any interesting wintery weather.
  12. Yeah, I'll start paying attention thursday or friday.
  13. 978mb Low over the Great Lakes next week. Maybe we can get some severe with the frontal passage?
  14. I would welcome a fully suppressed solution over a cold rainer.
  15. Yeah, it would be humorous if mid-Atlantic is seeing their first accumulating before New England but it’s happened.
  16. I also would not want to live next-door to the guy who obsessively leaf blows his lawn every weekend from Labor Day to Thanksgiving.
  17. Sand is free at our town DPW. Those years where the driveway turns to glacier, I adjust very well to sanding and salting and you just accept things as they are.
  18. Yeah, I think that one I posted is well over two grand. out of my price range
  19. Wait, why didn’t you get this model?
  20. Yup, seasonal temps and relatively dry. Maybe squeeze a cutter in Thanksgiving weekend.
