  1. .25” new here but big hole on the radar, hopefully fills in a bit.
  2. Moderate snow now, non-paved surfaces coating up quickly.
  3. Bust out the kayak, get on the rivers and get after it!
  4. I’d be OK with a 30 spot over the first 10 days of February, I guess.
  5. Some of the models did show this early band of snow up along Rt 2.
  6. Steady light snow in Greenfield currently. Small flakes not really sticking.
  7. Hoping heaviest rain stays East after initial thump. BOX still rolling 4-6” here.
  8. Snap, crackle, pop tomorrow night. Good luck to you and Dave and all the N Central MA posters wrt power issues. Where has @Whineminsterbeen?
  9. It's still a long way off and maybe NNE will be fine...
  10. We'll check that box off next week, when all of New England warm sectors for the drenching cutter the GFS has on Feb 2nd.
  11. Looks like BOX has switched most of the region to WWA’s.
  12. Hopefully your area gets some tree damage tomorrow! That’s what you’re hoping for right?
  13. Anytime I’ve waited too long my driveway has been screwed.
  14. I’m planning on 3 to 4 inches here followed by drizzle. Pack will be solid once the cold air drains in and of the week.
  15. If you get the sun to pop out today it should go along way towards dropping some snow off the limbs.
  16. Ya' there's a nice thin layer of compacted snow, that the plows didn't scrape up.
  17. Looked solid for the CT peeps. Jay finally gets his snow.
  18. Down to 29F. The plow piles along the streets in town were chunky, going to be like Jersey barriers by morning.
  19. I find it pretty remarkable we were able to get 6 inches of snow here without ever getting below freezing.
  20. You were going to end up with totals only an inch under me with just a few hours of snow. Although it is a safe bet that I’ve got you easily beat with water content.
  21. I have a newish neighbor, who is a high school science teacher, and occasionally lurks here. He did a few core samples and said the snow was 7:1 water ratio. Man snow!
  22. Wow, nice finish here. Burst of moderate snow with temperature down to 32°. Roads are slick! May tack on another half inch if this holds on for a bit.
