Pretty interesting that we haven't had a true clipper get across the mountains with this amount of moisture for a while now. Maybe some things are turning around!
About 3" here at Moseley, Va -southwestern Chesterfield County 23120! We are at about 11" for the season, not including the 3 inches of sleet and then freezing rain we got on that Monday a week and a half ago.
Somebody just called me and said some meteorologist said there's some backfill also I don't know who the person was. But some spots could get 3 to 4 now that's nuts
When I was driving on 95 and then 288 a little while ago it's covering all the trees it's just so pretty. You've actually had some winter time the last two years it's amazing
It's been some years! But weather is and always will be cyclical. Man if you go back and look at my posts starting I think Tue or Wed I really felt we would not do well with that midweek deal this week but that today would be nice. Funny cuz all the models backed off today
I wonder if some of these guys on the long range discussion on here actually keep track of how many times they're right and wrong two weeks out . It's like every day people flip-flop and I'm not talking about them top 10 posters who know what they're doing I'm talking about others. It's kind of like people who predict football scores and stuff they never come back and say they're wrong lol
Looks like tomorrow afternoon probably (between two and five something like that) for snow showers from the cold front. Temperatures are iffy so we shall see.
Think the bigger deal for the weekend is winds on Saturday.
