  1. GFS-has bull's-eye for Central Virginia for run after run after run for tomorrow for a week pretty much. We get to less than 24 hours it's north and it doesn't even snow here at all. Conclusion most weather models are fine to give an idea about a storm but none of them are reliable outside of 24 to 36 hours.
  2. It's not over we have a chance for Monday afternoon/evening. Keep Hope alive!
  3. Agreed! Great winter! Very active and plenty cold! Wes Junker in the other thread said Tue morning could have issues with rush hour.
  4. In no hurry for warm. By June will be talking about the "heat index" of 115°. Nope! Let it snow!!
  5. Just one model run but it shows SNOWDEPTH several inches of snow
  6. GFS looking nice for 12 Z for this coming Monday into Tuesday
  7. Do you agree that models are "overcooking" a storm and it won't be much for anyone?
  8. Where's our leader?? Haha @D-Money how was 18z Euro?
  9. Gfs has snow Thursday (tomorrow) for Phi/SJ. Stands alone. Anyone buying?
  10. I got a few more years before I retire. If I was already retired I would've driven up there on Saturday and just stayed with fam for a few days haha- once I realized we weren't gonna get much even if we did get several inches here.
  11. I don't think we're done for the season with snow it might not be much but we will see something... but it was fun and civil I wanna give a shout out to obviously @D-Moneyfor all your help with model maps and all of that and your thoughts and also @eaglesin2011who had the right call from the beginning or at least the last couple days- kudos! Still snowing in Atlantic and Cape May County (NJ) where I grew up including Gloucester County where I graduated high school it is later now but they were still getting 2 to 4 in./h and the national weather service put out a message about that earlier this morning. I think that ended around 10 AM to 2 to 4 in./h They got absolutely smoked!
  12. Getting all the reports from Atlantic Co NJ (South Jersey). Just getting destroyed! So jealous
  13. Not sure-I went and looked at the NWS regular radar and it does show some streams moving north to south
  14. Was watching a movie and I thought it already stopped snowing I flipped the light on outside and it's covering everything now and coming down hard in 23120 near Magnolia Green/Chesterfield County.... shocked actually
  15. @eaglesin2011will be correct in RVA. Just not close enough to the coast to get the good banding counterclockwise. For folks south and east they will do quite well they should
  16. Furthest eastern parts the most snow! So happy for you guys!
  17. Still coming down well here in 23120 it was your own negativity that cursed you lol
