  1. Shows it well. Definetely "fake cold", John's nh station is maybe a mile from the first lake coop and a couple hundred feet higher and he's -18f
  2. Didnt see this before I posted the temps. They sure can radiate, but theres alot of upslope cloud contamination most of the time. The first lake station is across from the dam on a sloped lawn, I'm sure closer to the river drops even more
  3. First lake and Lk Francis -28F by 11pm
  4. Some hints of an upper level deck around 9z, but if that stays north we should see some -30s again in the coldest spots
  5. I just left North Coway. Its below normal for sure, but they have maybe 8-12" around the outlets. So it atleast looks like winter. Theres a pretty deep pack up toward Jackson
  6. Around 3" at home, but I'm up in N. Conway and theres an inch at best
  7. Href mean likes the high terrain in MA
  8. -28F at the first CT lake and SLK
  9. Its either some version or the wrf or just some kind of model blend is my guess
  10. Some scattered outages popping up now with the ice/wind combo
  11. Pretty heavy glaze locally, but short of damage. Hilltops are close to 1/4", maybe a little more in spots. Looks nice anyway topped off with a coating of snow
  12. Looks like CC is crashing through Hillsborough county, but itll be a race with the back edge
  13. CC has been crashing and BML is over to +SN, so hopefully soon. Maybe some downsloping in that area too with southerly winds at MWN
  14. 23 BTV and 32 MVL, I'm sure you'll crash soon but you dont see that often
  15. At least on CC it seems like sleet is making another push north toward Rangley. Its ripping up on the Pittsburg cams still
  16. It's too bad we couldnt get more qpf last night
  17. 31f -fzra. Temp creeping up a bit with less efficient accretion, but a pretty solid glaze
  18. Just flipped to sn on the first lake cams
  19. Still pretty high vis on the Pittsburg cams. A glaze on lense of one of them even up there. Hopefully flips there soon for the snowmobilers
  20. Hopefully a quick roof ripper in Weymouth?
  21. It was pretty well modeled to bounce above freezing during the day today. Even the more aggressive meso models yestersay really didnt kick in any significant northerly drain until tonight when we get a weak meso low offshore. Granted they seem to have backed off a bit and we may end up more in the 32-34 range
  22. My guess is theres a decent tuck at least along the 495 corridor, whether its 33F or 30F remains to be seen. Regradless, qpf may limit big ice
