The best run was 12z, but this run is a lot like the prior 3 runs.

Another big storm on 2/23 that hits eastern NC and SE VA. Time for spring if you like snow and the AI is close to being right.

I think I like the 6 hour snowfall at the end of the 18z Eps a little better than the 12z, but it's close.

I never believed it imby, so no loss in my mind Plus, it would have been wiped out by the rain. Maybe you folks who get 4" can suck up the rain into the snow instead of it getting destroyed.

You forgot to add the snow depth map right after it ends. Unfortunately, Pivotal doesn't offer closeup maps for the Cfs2. Probably because we're not supposed to take it seriously. Lol

I remember that storm from the coverage of it on Channel 13 in Baltimore. They had a live traffic segment from their chopper traffic reporter. It hadn't started snowing yet imby, but he showed a pic outside the chopper and the chopper lights illuminated decent snow falling where he was 1500' or so up.

AI improved. Gives some 2-4" south and east in PA with less north and west. Last 2 runs missed the state completely. Personally, I'm resigned to the fact that we're going to be fringed in one degree or another unless we can get a spring storm where we clean up and MD south is rain. AI sorta does that on 2/27 fwiw.
