  3. 0.05" total for the past 24 hrs in Cary - 91F/106 HI and sunny.
  4. .01" from the likely front-associated shower early this AM and then .03" from the noon-ish rain band in Cary.
  5. Quiet for a few days then suddenly three lemons, that being one of them. NHC as of 0800 this morning: 2. Shower activity associated with a tropical wave located about 1000 miles west-southwest of the Cabo Verde Islands has become a little better organized this morning. Environmental conditions are expected to be marginally conducive for development of this system during the next few days while it moves westward at 10 to 15 mph over the tropical Atlantic. By Friday and over the weekend, conditions are forecast to become less favorable for tropical cyclone formation. * Formation chance through 48 hours...low...20 percent. * Formation chance through 5 days...low...20 percent.
  6. On the coast right now, rain all day. Watching rain bands approach Morehead City. I'm gonna say about .75" of rain so far for the day. Anyone else see that little spin on the radar just south of Cape Lookout?

  13. I'm seeing rain in Cary - my heart wants to say there's an odd white streak or two when i look in to the woods, if it's anything it's slushflake. Showing 39F on the Davis, ~430' elevation. WRAL reporting snowfall in Apex on their livestream.
  14. November 12th. Rain/snow line was right over RDU.
