  1. Raining hard here again, ground is saturated.
  2. Definitely no drought issues here this summer.
  3. Good thing all this thunderstorm activity is to our West.
  4. Perhaps, but my mother passed away shortly after the blackout in 2003. She was living at home with a tracheotomy and suffered greatly with the heat and humidity.
  5. As one would expect at the peak of summer heat. The climatological peak here is 7/31 and daylight loss is now over 2 minutes a day.
  6. BDL, you're summer metric for heat/humidity, is at 57 DP and it's also 57 DP here currently. The ground here isn't wet, as it hasn't rained here since Friday.
  7. I guess it's been wet somewhere upstream as the Connecticut River is above normal summer flow for this time of year. It was low last week, but it's at bank full here in Enfield. Out local river, the Scantic, is also above normal.
  8. You hope weather that's not normal for our location becomes normal going forward? So if next winter is warm and snowless, I can post how much I like it and hope it becomes the new norm?
  9. Additional 0.32" with 0.70" since midnight. Make it stop.
