    Who knows it could happen in April that we get 2-3 in rains that could cause flooding issues. Happened a few times in the last several years. But in could remain dry. So anything is possible.

    We see more budding warmth in PA over the next 5 weeks with at least 21 of the next 35 days featuring highs above average. We see limited chill with no more than 4 days featuring highs 8º or more below average. Several opportunities for rain, but not a drought-buster for SEPA

    Yes I agree we can now probably stick a fork in this one for the most part. But that doesn't mean that something winterwise cant happen within the next month. I remember I think the first day of Spring in 2017 we had a snow event that stuck on the roads in the middle of the day and afternoon that turned the roads to ice underneath the snow cover. I remember going home from work and it was nasty driving.
