  1. Been watching the NAO this summer. It really hasn't made a big jump from one end or the other. In past summers people have said a really strong negative in July bode well for winter. Frankly that was bullcrap. Current it's hovering right around neutral which we will see.
  2. Good Lord! It's 1 pm on August 21st under clear skies and the temp is 68 degrees... Absolutely beautiful!
  3. Started off right at 49 this morning! Freaking amazing weather!
  4. Temp down to 58 degrees already! 40s here we come!
  5. What a freaking amazing day today! Had a high of 68 in the middle of August under bluebird clear skies! You can't get any better than that and our low tomorrow morning is forecast for 49 degrees! Might set a record low!
  6. Not as cold here. We got down to 56 with some on and off showers through the night. Nice and refreshing though.
  7. Getting some NW flow showrs today with temps in the low to mud 60s.
  8. You know that will and can change but we are still in August too. Heck Ashevilles average highs are still in the mid 80s.
  9. This week is going to be straight out of late September. Most of everyone is going to be 15 to 20 degrees below normal. Several will see there first seasonal lows in the 40s.

  18. Looks like we see a more pronounced push of Fall weather starting in about 3 days. Highs will be in the 60s to low 70s and lows will be from the 40s to the low 50s.
