    20 in annapolis cold cloudy looks and feels like snow. Looking at radar it’s close. .

    Snow becoming more of the precipitation so much so that mulch getting white in annapolis .

    Light light rain with an occasional wet snow flakes mixed in at annapolis 36. 3-5 is what I am expecting snow should start around noon .
