  1. I am surprised her post hasn't gotten any "weenies". That would be quite fitting.
  2. If this upcoming pattern change is real I think you are going to start seeing some interesting model solutions as we move forward. But that is still pretty far out to get overly excited about but a timeframe to keep an eye on nevertheless.
  3. Let the north trend begin. Honestly I would be OK with what this run of the GFS is showing even though I don't think this will be the final outcome.
  4. On and off snow flurries here since around 1:30 am.
  5. If you are expecting anything more then 3-4" of snow Sunday/Monday in the NYC metro you will probably be disappointed. I think those snowfall amounts are still on the table IMO. Its still a bit early yet so things could sway better for us down here. We'll see.
  6. The NYC metro usually does pretty well in most Miller B's. If you live from Philly on north you usually get at least a few inches of snow with areas from the Monmouth/Mercer County line in NJ on northeast doing the best with highest snow totals.
  7. Overnight low of 29 here. Current temp 32
  8. Overnight low of 27 here. Current temp 45
  9. The GFS Op has been steadfast for several runs showing storm #1 east and off the coast. Hard to argue against that IMO.
  10. This to me seems like the typical model uncertainty we see at this range with every potential large storm event. We should start to get a clearer picture of what will occur over the next 24-48 hours.
