Yeah, 10” day one and almost 2 on the second day. It would’ve been a heck of a storm if we didn’t change to that rainy slop that afternoon.

Now it'll be really funny if the best storm in years in Charlotte happens in April.

It hasnt snowed in Charlotte in April since 1987. The record snow for the month is 3". Conceivably, both of those could change tomorrow.

HRRR is east but we are WAY out of its useful zone.

Almost reminds me of that 2012 event where Rock Hill got 4" in 2 hours or so.

Very much so. Piques my interest about 100x more of practically any other model except the UK which isnt in range.

I spoke too soon with a second wave developing which increases totals in the triangle anywhere from half a foot in southern wake to almost 10 in Durham.

Temps drop during the storm into the Mid 20s. It would be a nice bookend.
