  1. Looking forward to more hoar frost. This stuff is baller and by far the most impressive I have seen in a long time
  2. I spent 23 year living in that area, leaving in 2010. (Granted, only 10-12 of those was I old enough to understand or enjoy weather). From the time I started following closely, 2002-2003ish, I felt that the office was solid. Every office fumbles a storm once in awhile, be it missed couplets that don't get tornado warned, or a 10" snowstorm that doesn't get a headline until 6" are down and then gets just an advisory, things are bound to get missed. But, as I said, I have been in LOT territory for 10 years now, so things may have slipped in the last decade.
  3. OT, but is anyone else having issues uploading photos? I get an "upload failed -200" error suddenly?
  4. I grew up downstate in the Argenta-Oreana area. Pretty wild to hear from folks down there with a full 4” difference over the 10 miles from Oreana to Cisco. Sounds like Cisco is the big winner with a 9.8” report
  5. Yep. Just lifting my head high enough to look outside occasionally. Lots of melting, waiting on precip to restart
  6. Full kitchen sink here. Bouncing between ZR, sleet, and snow. Seems to mostly be sleet so far
  7. Looks like an ice storm warning coming for extreme southern LOT
  8. Still probably .2” on many trees out here. Didn’t get warm enough long enough yesterday to lose much
  9. Now got some pingers banging against the window. True kitchen sink kind of storm
  10. Way way less sleet, but way more freezing rain accretion. Judging by storm motion, my area would follow that same general SW to NE line. So I assume somewhere to the NW of me got your epic sleet storm as well.
  11. Sitting a touch under 31 here, so I am sure accretion has slowed. Eyeball looks to be close to .25”
  12. ZR is ongoing, with a real nice glaze forming on everything. If there was wind of any significance, we would have some issues.
  13. Quick back patio eyeball has me somewhere between 3.50-4”, waiting for sleetfest 2020
  14. Yeah, HRRR seems to this far have nailed mby. Snowfall totals are close, will have to see how the rest of the storm performs
  15. Well now it does. It was a train wreck at launch.
  16. HRRR seems to have a pretty good lock on things thus far. Another 4-6 hours of +/- 1"/hr rates would be right on target for mby
  17. Getting close to +sn. Visibility is dropping quickly
  18. The cold overnight temps pretty much ensured the snow insta accumulated on the roads
  19. Yep, went from flurries to moderate in about 5 minutes
  20. HRRR continuing to tick south/cooler with every run for todays event.
