Man, if you look at GEFS and GEPS, it could be over. Warm temps to predominate over the next 2-3 weeks. I was hoping for one last month but it seems I may be out of luck. Let’s hope things get shook up here soon.
One thing is for certain, the LR forecasts have been just about opposite of what they’ve promised. 2 weeks ago March looked like a lock for wintry wx. Lol -

We’ve seen this a number of times come south. Let’s give it a day or two and see what happens. The boundary will be close for the next few. I’m guessing feast or famine. I suspect feast for the same ones (Niagara through Kart)

8.5 on the day so far
Wow! Love it. It’s even better when it’s kind of a surprise. A gift from the BIG gods

LR has been funny this year. It has often been the opposite of what it’s advertised. About a week ago, the first half of March looked great. Now it looks like a strong SE ridge with lots of cutters. Time will tell.

Which of you old-school guys also remembers these cats?

The sun and compaction has just been murder on the snowpack today. I’ll lose half of what the prior 36 hours brought me. Sad. It’s not even March

Besides the tug and surrounding towns, areas east of Lake Erie experiences the highest snowfall rates anywhere east of the Rockies on average.
Yeah, it snowed all day off Ontario here and we got like 4”. You’ll get that in 2 hours.

2.1" storm total for me here for this event. 1" overnight of ice/sleet/snow and then 1.1" of fluff yesterday.

Ouch! Wow. That was ugly. 9” in Irondequoit. Just kissed warning amounts. I’m betting there’ll be a lot less in Pittsford when I head down later today.

We definitely have 8-9 easy. Just slowed down to flurries, but was pretty heavy for the last 4 hrs.
Dude, these last 2 months have just been awesome up here on the lake shore. Old fashioned winter! Maybe 2-3 days without FULL snow cover. We have these monolithic glaciers in peoples yards. These wavy glazed drifts that you can walk on. Things definitely turned following that horrible December.

My snowboard, which was wiped clean, has just over 7” for the event. If I’d kept up with it I suspect I’d be at 8 or 9. Lucky again. What a winter

Getting some bonus stuff now. About an inch in the last hour. We always get rescued on the backside with these NW winds. Love it. Fluffy love parachutes raining down!
