I am a classic, old fashioned guy. I was referring to the ilk of Carl Crawford and Pablo Sandoval. Since TB was brought up I thought of Crawford right away.

It's the thing I dislike about the Red Sox. Too much spending on players who are not always committed. More fun back in the days of Jim Rice.

TB is red hot in general. They cannot do attendance well there but man do they work wonders on small budgets in different sports.

Today is a nice yard saver even being dry. Its a treat out. Cloudy, 73, and breezy. Another below normal day to start off summer.

Yes. Not a comfortable look at all. Instead of ridge dominated pattern we are thrown into the tropics.

Euro went from 90+ at MDT, next Friday, to low 70's....in one model run. Huge jump for the stodgy Euro. Lots of rain behind some of the change.

I was just coming on here to mention. Out in your area it really throws any heat wave at all into question. Drops temps 2-4 degrees from yesterday at 12Z.

May be a good compromise between the camps here. The heatmeisters have been patient with our Memorial day record cold snap talk.

CMC was still pretty toasty. I think there is little doubt either way it is going to get hot next week. Just how hot.

GFS definitely tempered the heat wave....big time actually...due to clouds and rain from what appears to be the ridge breaking down much faster.

You are the dry gulch of 2021 so far. We got 12-18 hours of steady light rain last weekend while you got nothing. LOL.
