@TimB84, assuming you are not in Mexico yet. My 5-7 days at MDT is not going to come to fruition. The lows are indeed going to get me...that and two days where MDT recorded exactly normal. If I had scored those two days I would still be in the running.

Yea, if they get to finish their plans, its going to be a Yuppie Cafe Latte like area. Glad you saw some ground hogs. Was not sure if they poisoned them or how they were killed. That area has been a big bag of drama for a few years now. Some of the Asian's who first tried to buy the place in 2018 are STILL living up in the duplexes at the top.

Short term models have another light to moderate area pivot over you from around lunch into the evening. 1/4 to 1/2" type stuff.

Ironically, simulated radar only shows 1/3" over him though they are a bit low in your area so his real total may be higher. Several 1.75-2" totals in the South East LSV. MDT only reporting .4".

We did get one last burst. Looks like lsv getting good rain now. Hrrr did a better job with the north extent than GFS.

Looks like we got our 1/4". Cut off line not far away but I was worried we might be zipped so I will take it.

GFS basically throws us out of this one but Friday is a soaker with 1"+.

Yea. The last 12 hours of model runs have taken a sure fire soaking rain and turned it into a possibility that I will have to go out and water tomorrow. Still hoping for 1/4" at least.

Towns are cancelling Halloween parades left and right. Not much they can do but there is a chance some do not see rain well into the night. Meso's are really driving the heavier rain to the SE of the LSV. The globals as well. I want rain so hope they are wrong.

MDT stayed at 75 at 3PM. Maybe they got an inter-hour boost we have not seen yet.

One observation....the bugs are insane today. A large variety including some good gals like Lady Bugs. Its like Starship Troopers out there.
