  1. I need my SLP's to Get all DelMarVa ish but then you are at risk.
  2. That is how it rolls here in the Winter if we have a Southwest flow. The warm air funnels right up into my hood. Makes you realize that elevation is WAYYYYYYY over rated unless we are talking 3000+ feet. Got to 45 at High Rock today which is 2200 feet or so.
  3. The Jan 3/4th wave is definitely getting pounded in a bad way. Glad I took that drive today in case snow is indeed going to be rare this year.
  4. Wow, it made it to 47 here. Heavy chance of grass cutting in January
  5. Just took a beautiful drive to King's Gap in Cumberland County. No snow for the first quarter of it then a winter wonderland as I got into the eastern side of the ridges. 43 when I started and 33 at Caledonia.
  6. But we are only 3.6" below normal! :-) We fail less than others.
  7. It's like the models are us, trying to hope away the SER, and the results are reality. Though the above is not results yet.
  8. But you spell checked your offer and did not thrill us with threats and other assorted profanity. You might have to work on your presentation to put butts in the seats! Lol.
  9. The possibilities are ten fold greater than our Dec 19th pattern change. Darts on the board. :-
  10. Jan 3rd is definitely our focus, IMO. Lot's of two wave runs so far. Like I mentioned a few days ago, the impact is huge is something big happens. Jan 3rd is the first day back to work for many.
  11. No doubt. If the storm is to our south east, I am golden.
  12. Another "elevation is not always good" example. LOL. I am elevated on the wrong side of the mountain for systems moving by to our west. We had more rain today than any day in a long time.
  13. I said we were like the the MA forum because Voyager said the forum was quiet and he could tell that meant bad model runs. Not because anyone was negative :-).
  14. Not sure what the difference is. I meant negative as negative PBP. Was expecting more of a torch. Jan 3rd is close and Jan 9th is an ice storm. Signed-Blizz for a day
  15. Sort of ironic but if you look at the banner/cover picture, for Liberty, it shows skiers with snow all around them...except anywhere in the background/valley. LOL.
  16. We are a visitors delight right now. Golf and skiing all in the same town.
  17. Even being ice its not as bad as I thought. Not what we wanted of course. Only an hour or two away from our next shot.
  18. That is like Tug Hill compared to over here. It got to 38 today.
  19. It is but could be ice as it's TT. Did not check Pivotal.
  20. Just got home and one area of mulch, under a tree, has a few ice/snow strands left.
  21. Only looked at one thing on the 12Z GFS, the snow map, and this is not exactly a shut out look. All fantasy snow but after all the negative posts I was expecting basically nothing.
  22. I wonder if season opening dates has ever been tracked re: earliest, latest, etc. Think this is pretty late. Ski Liberty opens Wednesday but only the beginner area so sort of a very soft opening.
