Gfs v. Nam still in play.

I was hoping it missed us so I could more easily get out tomorrow. Nam does miss us most of Sat night...at least the heavier stuff.

Hmm, it seems to get you pretty good tomorrow AM.

The Alabama game was the only one where they gave up more than 17 points. Just remembered the Big Ten has a shot for redemption against the Razorbacks tomorrow.

Most modeling seems to point to a much chillier start to the New Year (after this weekend). Snow? Who knows. LOL.

That is one of my biggest complaints about all things NCAA (at least major sports). I am a big UVA fan, did not attend, and it seems like each and every season is an underdog story. Kids go where the money is more likely to fall into their laps. UVA Basketball broke through a few years ago but football has not been close since the 1990's Shawn Moore and Herman Moore teams. NCAA football is a popularity contest. I had a few friends where were confident GA was going down today. Feel bad for the UM fans through these first 3 quarters at least.

Crazy differences in the Nam and Gfs supposedly using similar data. One of them may take a beating with the Jan 3 event.

I have posted it before as Cashtown is familiar with the area, so it was not new info. If anyone feels inclined to drive over and try to find me: 1) It would not be that hard, some here know my real name 2) I am a vegetarian so if stopping over, prepare to eat veggies or plant products. LOL But yes, not sure how a house (or property for that matter) can be in two different states.

My PA side property is one house up from the one that sits on the line so to be fair, I have to walk into their property to cross in MD. Without giving away my address, here is a map of the area. The red marker is just what I used to call the map up. No house there...a barn actually. The houses on Old Pen Mar Road border the M/D line to the South. So not as cool as walking over a state in the house. LOL. We did look at a house, 3 years ago, that had a creek running under it and you could open a hatch and dip into the creek and get water. Seemed like a flood risk to me!

Yes, anytime there is a low positioned to my southwest, it warms here quickly. My nearest NWS station is HGR at 56 right now. I live on the M/D line....literally right on it.

You may get drunk on the excitement from the HH gfs.

It's completely sunny except some clouds hanging over the ridges. Can see some clouds moving in from the west as well. It's 58 right now.

It's defintely been a day to get out with tomorrow looming. I love winter weather as well..miss it right now...but not going to ignore what we have.
