    Quite the battle for Sunday on the Progs as to it being in the 50's or much warmer. GFS and CMC both stay mostly BN through their entire run after this heat wave ends whether it be Sun or Tue. GFS even has some wet snow for parts of PA in 10 days.

    That will have Blizz singing Christmas Carols and handing out Hot Chocolate to all the government employees there. It does make perfect sense to have the areas temp authority sitting on the edge of water. (Snark)

    Just model disco, Sat has a chance to be a real barn burner. As we are seeing today, Temps at MDT is tough to figure out sometimes but the latest it has ever reached 85 is Oct 23rd, 1947. Fair chance some NWS stations can get there Sat.

    Yea, I figured it must be involved. As you mentioned, there is not much. Was just in in the sun and it is a summer day temp wise. LNS in the 80's now. 77 here.

    CSY has their 81 as well according to the 5 min temps. LNS has peaked at 79 or 80 but good ole MDT stuck at 74 or 75.

    CXY is back to their normal stance and is at 79 already...tying the MDT record though obviously not an official record if MDT does not make it.

    MDT's high temp records the next 3 days are listed below. All 3 are in play (most progs show highs within 2-3 degrees or in the case of Sat, over the record) with Sat being the most likely to fall based on Meso's. Sat's Max low of 62 is also in play, IMO. Thursday-79 Friday-82 Sat-80
